What is the processing time for my order / why hasn't my order shipped yet? 

Most items in my shop are handmade by me and made to order, and the processing time is 1-3 weeks at this time. Each item description has the processing time for that particular item. Non-handmade items are shipped within 1 business day, unless they are part of an order that contains handmade items. In that case, the order will have the same 1-3 week processing time window!

Can I cancel my order? 

If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us at hello@embroideredgold.com within 2 hours of placing your order. 

Any later than that, and we will not be able to meet cancellation requests. 

Do you offer returns and exchanges? 

I'm unable to offer returns or exchanges as everything is made to order. However, if you experience any issues with your items, do send us an email at hello@embroideredgold.com. 

Can I change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, please email the updated address to hello@embroidered.com. Please include your name + order number. 

Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer change the address. You will need to contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.

Do you offer wholesale?

We offer wholesale on a case by case basis. Email us at wholesale@embroideredgold.com for more information!
